CPU-Z is a freeware utility that gathers information on some of the main devices of your system.

UltraDefrag is a powerful disk defragmentation tool for Windows. This is the first open source defragmenter with the full support of the locked file system defragmentation. Actually all the files including the registry hives and paging files can be processed by UltraDefrag during the Windows boot process.
UltraDefrag very fast, because the defragmenting done by kernel-mode driver
